Summary: "Do not buy from this seller"

I purchased this product for the oem shop but they failed to mention in the product discription that they do not provide the hard plastic shell. I only ordered the product because of the hardshell. I will never purchase anything from the oem shop again. I have demanded a refund immediately.
What is even more odd about the seller is that description even says smoke shell which I have ordered an incipio product before and the silicone shell is referred to as the smoke shell. DO NOT BUY FROM THE OEM SHOP!!!!

Summary: "awesome case. looks sleek and has saved my phone from destruction many times."

ive dropped my iphone from various heights several times, and this phone has always protected it. the hard skeleton and silicone combined are perfect for safeguarding your phone. i wouldve had to buy a few phones by now if i didnt have this case. you get two colors at a reasonable price, and if you need an extra "skeleton" you can get it cheap and fast from the manufacturer site.

It's a good quality product. The back is slick, hard plastic -- I prefer to have a rubber back so it does not slide when I set it on the desk.
Other than that, it's a quality product.

Summary: "Excellent When Coupled With Speck 1G Clip - Weird But True!"

I originally bought this case at the AT&T store, just to have SOMETHING to cover my iPhone with. I didn't really intend to keep it around, as I wanted a some sort of clip system that could ride on the outside of my pocket. I subsequently bought the Speck Products ToughSkin Case for iPhone 1G (Clear) - and this was accidental, mind you, as I have a 3Gs. When I got the clip I was consternated that the skin would barely fit the 3Gs and once ensconced in the skin, it wouldn't fit in the clip at all (it was only later that I realized my 1G mistake). So I put the iPhone back in the Incipio case. Lo and behold, once in the Incipio case, the four acrylic corners snap perfectly and snugly in the Speck 1G clip! It's ABSOLUTELY snug and perfect. I've had this little jimmy-rigged setup for nearly 6 months now - not a single incident. The phone won't come out until you want it out, and at that point, all it takes is a gentle two-way tug to release it. It's exactly what I wanted, a very happy accident - if you're looking for the kind of setup I was, you might want to give this a try.
